Botany is the study of plants of the Kingdom Plantae. Often included in botany courses and botany departments is the field of mycology (the study of fungi). Here's I've separated them a bit, at least. Some of the Protozoa are often considered to be the subject of botany as well. Here at BiologyBase I'm mostly putting those under microbiology. At least until I figure out something bestter.
